2. If you need an existing rod replacement (even if broken), send us that original rod and we can re-create that exact rod.
3. If you have a custom requirement, send us the specifications and we can make the rods to that size.

How To Order:

4340 Chromoly or Titanium
Please specify the material you want for the new rods. Include the specification sheet for the new rods and a sample rod, wrist pin and bearing.
Be sure to review the information and make a copy for your files.

Rod Sizes

• Standard length sizes: 4.700 to 7.250 (center to center)
• Custom length sizes: available from 5.00 to 18.00 (center to center)

Optional Procedures:

• Rifle Drill (pressurized oiling to pin ends)
• Modification of end caps (re-positions the end caps 45 degrees)
• Weight Reduction (custom procedure that is done in the manufacturing process)
• Polishing (creates a polished finish that strengthens the material)

Rod Bolts
Our bolts are made from AISI H11 tool steel and rated at 296,000 PSI. The threads are roll formed, not cut.

Bolt sizes:

• 5/16 thread diameter
• 7/16 thread diameter3/8 thread diameter

Payments
All US orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon delivery. All deliveries (US orders) are sent UPS ground COD. Outside of the USA, all orders require full payment.
